I empower people with Anxiety or OCD to regain their lives by teaching effective ways to cope and overcome. I'm a certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist, and practice from a Humanistic, Mindfulness-based perspective to help manage common problems such as OCD, Panic, Problem Gambling, and ADHD. When needed, I provide structure, guidance, and education. At other times, I facilitate exploration, growth, and healing.
